Carl M. Salvati, DPM is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon with specialized training in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle procedures. He completed a three-year podiatric medical and surgical residency at Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, Florida, gaining extensive experience in trauma, arthroscopy, diabetic limb salvage, and elective lower extremity surgery.
Dr. Salvati earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude and as a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
Throughout his career, Dr. Salvati has been actively involved in charitable medical initiatives, including the Yucatan Crippled Children’s Project in Mexico. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Podiatric Medicine. He also holds subspecialty certification in Amputation Prevention and Wound Care from the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is a Certified Wound Care Specialist through the American Board of Wound Management.
